Your monthly membership includes one hour-long LIVE virtual self-healing breathwork circle and Q&A session a month, curated monthly sacred self-care rituals, 10+ recorded meditations and breathwork sessions for self-practice, and a community of other like-hearted women to practice with. As part of the sisterhood, you also receive first access and special discounts to Hailey’s offerings, training and programs.
- What happens if you do breathwork every day? Daily breathwork practice allows you to control your energy levels and immune system consciously. In breathwork, we breathe through our mouth, which creates an experience of deep presence and self-awareness by giving ourselves the space to go within, where time almost ceases to exist.

- How much time do I need to devote to the Breathwork session? The Breathwork session is created for a choose-your-own-adventure experience. You’ll be able to use the practices daily or show up once a month for our group self-healing sessions, as this experience is designed to be a lovely addition to your current lifestyle.
